  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned fleet accounts from first inquiry through delivery and beyond
  • Develop long-term relationships with commercial van clients through tailored consultations, vehicle demos, and test drives
  • Actively prospect new business through outreach calls, online leads, referrals, and networking within target industries
  • Educate potential clients on the full Sprinter lineup, payload configurations, and commercial advantages
  • Follow up post-sale to ensure satisfaction, resolve issues promptly, and earn repeat business
  • Stay current on commercial vehicle trends, competitor offerings, and fleet buyer needs

  • Fleet management or account management experience for commercial clients is a significant plus
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Strong CRM proficiency and solid computer literacy
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Self-starter with high initiative and a drive to maximize customer satisfaction
  • Knowledge of automotive products and commercial vehicle industry trends

What We Offer

  • Career Path - Swickard isn't just a J-O-B. Grow into leadership roles as you build your skills
  • Positive Culture - Supportive, collaborative team environment
  • Competitive Compensation - Base + commission with transparent pay structure
