Here on the Apple Store Online (ASO) team, we are responsible for Apple's largest store. Our main goal is to deliver a magical, personal digital experience where customers can shop, buy and learn everything Apple, wherever they are. Each customer should feel like they are our only customer and our job is to set the bar for the experience they receive. To run such an extraordinary store, it takes extraordinary people, and we are looking for someone to help us do extraordinary things.
The Digital Commerce Management (DCM) team is responsible for publishing and maintaining the Apple Store Online, the Apple Store App, and other downstream platforms.
Description
As a DCM Production Specialist, you'll manage and maintain Apple Store Online digital assets and product data across a suite of content management tools, ensuring all content is clean, accurate, and well-organized. You'll drive execution of complex marketing and product launch plans across global platforms, including the Apple Store Online, Apple Store App, Tmall Flagship Store, Douyin Store, and livestream channels, directly shaping the experience for millions of customers around the world every day.
Minimum Qualifications
4 years of experience in technology, operations, e-commerce and/or customer support organization.
2+ years of experience working with e-commerce or digital content platforms and their supporting tools and systems.
Experience adapting to changing priorities and ambiguous project requirements in a fast-paced environment
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver production work on tight timelines
Able to accommodate flexible work schedule during critical business periods.
Experience troubleshooting complex, ambiguous production issues while maintaining a high level of accuracy
Preferred Qualifications
BA/BS degree, or equivalent
Strong customer focus balanced with big-picture thinking
Ability to remain calm and good-natured while experiencing aggressive deadlines and increased complexity. Exhibits high degree of ownership and accountability.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly, sometimes under tight deadlines
Experience with operations in e-commerce marketplace environment
HTML and CSS proficiency
