Get a profit & loss (P&L) statement into your hands and you're ready to dig in. You'll be responsible for managing the costs and ensure that your Team has the tools and resources to win the game. The operations of the restaurant will be your focus and you'll be responsible for executing your plays along with the rest of your restaurant management team. WE'LL PROVIDE THE PLAYBOOK, HERE'S WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TABLE
• You know the business. You bring 4 plus years of recent restaurant, or hospitality management experience. Extra points if you bring a bachelor's degree. • You know the numbers.
