Job description

Field Force Merchandising is seeking experienced Retail Reset and Fixture Installation Specialists to support large-scale retail merchandising projects. This role is a great fit for people with strong planogram experience, fixture installation skills, and a proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while maintaining high standards of execution and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
  • Ability to safely lift, move, build, assemble, relocate, and disassemble retail fixtures, including gondola shelving systems, shelving units, endcaps, and related store fixtures.
  • Read, understand, and execute planograms accurately, obtaining Store Manager verification and approval upon completion.
  • Read and interpret store blueprints, floor plans, and layout diagrams to ensure accurate fixture placement and project execution.
  • Maintain a professional relationship with store management and personnel.

Requirements
  • Previous retail merchandising, reset, or fixture installation experience required.
  • Ability to read and execute planograms.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, floor plans, and store layouts.
  • Understanding of fixture placement, store flow, and merchandising standards.
  • Knowledge of retail fixtures, components, and hardware used in store resets.
  • Ability to safely lift, move, assemble, and disassemble retail fixtures.
  • Experience installing gondolas, shelving systems, and retail fixtures.
  • Understanding of store layouts, fixture mapping, and retail space planning.
  • Basic time management and organizational skills.
