We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cable Technician Operations Supervisor to lead and manage a team of cable technicians in delivering top-quality installation, maintenance, and repair services. This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive operational efficiency, ensure safety compliance, and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor a team of cable technicians, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations to foster growth and excellence.
  • Plan and coordinate daily technician schedules, routes, and workloads to ensure efficient service delivery and minimal downtime.
  • Serve as the primary point of escalation for complex technical issues, guiding technicians through troubleshooting and problem resolution.
