Job Summary:
RAW Nutrition & BUM Energy is looking for a hands-on Technology Administrator to support their technology infrastructure. The role involves managing helpdesk operations, employee onboarding and offboarding, and ensuring the security and provisioning of devices across Windows and Mac environments.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the first point of contact for the team's technology helpdesk, triaging, resolving, and escalating tickets with strong follow-through and clear communication.
• Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including account creation, access provisioning, equipment setup, and clean offboarding with full deprovisioning of accounts and devices.
• Procure, configure, image, and deploy laptops and peripherals so that every new hire is fully equipped and productive on day one.
• Enroll, configure, and maintain devices through MDM across both Windows and Mac, enforcing security baselines, policies, and compliance standards.
• Administer users, licenses, groups, and shared resources in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center, supporting Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and identity.
• Use RMM tooling to monitor endpoint health, push updates and patches, and remediate issues proactively before they affect users.
• Support the maintenance of the company's cybersecurity posture by leveraging the organization's security stack to monitor, detect, and respond to threats, and to keep endpoints protected and compliant.
• Partner with the Director of Technology on infrastructure projects, documentation, standards, and process improvements that scale with the business.
• Maintain accurate asset, license, and documentation records, and identify recurring issues to drive long-term fixes.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Proven experience in a helpdesk, desktop support, or technology administration role, ideally in a fast-moving environment.
• Hands-on experience with MDM for both Windows and Mac (such as Intune, Jamf, or equivalent platforms).
• Working familiarity with the Microsoft 365 Admin Center, including user, license, and identity management.
• Experience with RMM platforms for monitoring, patching, and remote remediation.
• Solid foundation in device imaging, provisioning, and endpoint security practices.
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities and move quickly.
• Clear, friendly communication skills and a service-oriented approach to supporting colleagues.
Preferred:
• Familiarity with identity and access management through Entra ID and SSO.
• Exposure to endpoint security tooling and basic networking concepts.
• Experience supporting onboarding and offboarding integrated with an HRIS platform.
• Relevant certifications (such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft, or Apple) are a plus.
