What is a fixed operations manager?

A Fixed Operations Manager oversees the service, parts, and sometimes the body shop departments in an automotive dealership. Their primary responsibilities include managing daily operations, ensuring high customer satisfaction, increasing profitability, and maintaining efficient workflow in these departments. They work closely with service advisors, technicians, and parts staff to coordinate repairs, maintenance, and parts sales. Effective Fixed Operations Managers also focus on staff training, process improvement, and meeting performance targets for the dealership.

How does a fixed operations manager typically collaborate with other departments within a dealership?

A Fixed Operations Manager works closely with the service, parts, and sometimes body shop departments to ensure smooth workflows and consistent customer satisfaction. They often coordinate with the sales department to align service promotions or resolve customer concerns that span multiple areas. Regular meetings and clear communication with department heads are common, facilitating unified goals and addressing operational challenges. This collaborative approach helps maximize efficiency, drive profitability, and support overall dealership success.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a fixed operations manager, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Fixed Operations Manager, you need a solid background in automotive service operations, inventory management, and customer service, typically supported by experience in dealership environments and sometimes a degree in business or automotive management. Familiarity with dealership management systems (DMS), repair order software, and manufacturer certification programs is highly valuable. Leadership, problem-solving, and strong communication skills help motivate teams and ensure customer satisfaction. These skills are essential for optimizing service department efficiency, driving revenue growth, and maintaining high customer loyalty in a competitive market.

Senior Manager, Revenue Operations

Euna Solutions

Atlanta, GA • On-site

Full-time

Posted 16 days ago

Job description

The Opportunity
Euna Solutions is hiring a Senior Manager, Revenue Operations to lead the team that produces the metrics GTM leadership runs the business on and the intelligence that tells the field where to spend its time. You will own the full stack: Sales and Customer Success reporting and forecasting, compensation management, territory and capacity planning, and go-to-market intelligence spanning ICP, scoring models, data quality, and competitive insight, supported by a team of four analysts whose output reaches the CSO, CCO, CMO, and CFO. If you want to own the analytical engine of a commercial organization and see your work shape how revenue is planned, measured, and pursued, this is the role for you.
What You'll Do
  • Own the Sales and CS forecast cycle end to end: submission collection, Salesforce reconciliation, snapshot management, variance commentary, and accuracy measurement by rep, director, and segment
  • Own GTM intelligence: Intent-to-Buy and Propensity-to-Buy scoring models, ICP definition and segmentation strategy, account and contact data standards, and competitive intelligence, and operationalize outputs into territories and targeting workflows so the work changes rep behavior
  • Own compensation management for all GTM teams: plan design input, documentation, payout calculation on a fixed close calendar, cost modeling of proposed changes, and escalation on disputes
  • Own the standing reporting layer for Sales and Customer Success across bookings, pipeline, GRR, NRR, churn, NPS, and customer health, and represent the numbers in the weekly forecast call, QBRs, and Board reporting cycles
  • Own annual and mid-year capacity planning and territory design for Sales, BD, and Customer Success, and quantify the revenue and cost impact of proposed structural changes before they are made
  • Manage, coach, and develop four analysts: set priorities, review work before it reaches leadership, own metric definitions and calculation logic, and drive data quality remediation with GTM Systems

What You Bring
  • 7+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, sales finance, or a comparable analytical function, including at least 2 years managing analysts
  • Direct ownership of a forecast cycle and a standing reporting layer for a commercial organization
  • Hands-on experience with sales compensation, including plan design input, payout administration, and dispute resolution, and with quota or territory design
  • Advanced Salesforce capability, including report and dashboard construction and a working understanding of the underlying data model
  • The ability to explain a number to a skeptical executive audience without preparation: the methodology, the source, and the assumptions

Nice-to-Have Qualifications
  • B2B SaaS experience with a subscription and renewal motion; public sector or GovTech exposure is a plus
  • Experience with account scoring, ICP work, enrichment vendors, or competitive intelligence programs
  • SQL or a BI platform such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
  • Analytical training from consulting, investment banking, or private equity

Location
This position will be hybrid with 3 days/week in our Atlanta, GA office.
