Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and effective communication are important soft skills for ensuring accuracy and collaborating with other departments. These skills and tools are crucial for maintaining accurate asset records, supporting compliance, and providing reliable data for business decisions.

What are some common challenges faced in a fixed assets role, and how can they be addressed?

A common challenge in a Fixed Assets role is ensuring the accurate tracking and reconciliation of assets throughout their lifecycle, from acquisition to disposal.
