Service Associate:
Service Associates are often the first point of contact for customers in the branch and play a vital role in creating a welcoming, accurate, and efficient banking experience. This position focuses on processing routine transactions, supporting daily branch operations, and assisting customers with account needs. Service Associates build strong customer relationships by delivering friendly, dependable service while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.


Relationship Banker:
Relationship Bankers take ownership of the customer experience from beginning to end by proactively developing new relationships and strengthening existing ones. This role emphasizes outbound prospecting, financial needs discovery, and consultative conversations to recommend appropriate banking products and services. Relationship Bankers support customers’ financial well‑being while driving branch growth through solution‑based selling and exceptional service.


Branch Manager:
Branch Managers provide overall leadership for branch operations while driving sales performance, customer experience, and team development. This role is responsible for hiring, coaching, and mentoring staff; ensuring operational excellence and regulatory compliance; and fostering strong community relationships. Branch Managers balance strategic growth initiatives with day‑to‑day leadership to achieve branch goals, deepen customer relationships, and contribute to the bank’s long‑term success.
