Job Summary

Five Star Marketplace is seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join our team as Team Members. This is a hands-on role that supports daily store operations, including assisting customers, stocking shelves, processing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

The ideal candidate is a reliable team player who is willing to learn, step in where needed, and contribute to a positive and efficient workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Store Operations

Assist with daily store tasks to ensure smooth operations

Help with opening and closing duties as assigned

Follow company policies, safety procedures, and store standards

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Inventory, Stocking & Merchandising

Receive and process incoming inventory and deliveries

Stock shelves and rotate products as needed

Keep shelves faced, organized, and fully stocked

Assist with maintaining backroom organization

Verify pricing and product placement accuracy

Customer Service

Provide friendly and efficient customer service

Assist customers with questions, product location, and purchases

Handle basic customer concerns and escalate when needed

Help maintain a welcoming store environment

Team Support

Work collaboratively with team members and leadership

Take direction and complete tasks efficiently

Assist in training and supporting new team members when needed

Adapt to changing priorities and tasks throughout the shift

Qualifications
