To excel in Fitness Technology, you need a strong background in exercise science, data analysis, and familiarity with wearable fitness devices or mobile health apps, often supported by a relevant degree or certification. Proficiency with fitness tracking platforms, data visualization tools, and programming languages like Python or R is highly beneficial.
