The Personal Training Program Manager plays a vital role in cultivating the success of our training program. The primary job of the Training Program Manager is to Train their Clients, Manage other trainers, Know all the end and outs to the Fitness Department, drive personal training sales, member retention, and Help with B2B (Business to Business Partnerships)

Key Responsibilities

  • Member onboardingย โ€“ย the Personal Training Program Manager is responsible for delivering fitness consultations, which include movement assessments and body scans. This person also coordinates follow-up appointments to keep training services at the forefront of members' minds.
  • Personal training sales โ€“ the Personal Training Program Manager uses information gathered during the member onboarding process to suggest personal training options (group training, one-on-one personal training, etc.)ย  and nutrition guidance for every member. This personย qualifies, informs, inspires, and converts leads to long-term training clients.
  • Promotions leader โ€“ย the Personal Training Program Manager helps promote training services throughย engagement activities, national marketing campaigns, and community outreach efforts using assets and operations created by the Anytime Fitness corporate teams.
  • Program adherence โ€“ the Personal Training Program Manager is responsible for continued evaluation of personal training sessions and adherence to in-person and virtual programming protocol. This person expects processes to be followed and high-quality sessions to be delivered.
  • Team builders โ€“ย the training program manager oversees not only the training program, but also the trainers delivering the program services. This person collaborates with trainers to develop schedules, continued learning, and career opportunities. They should be focused on driving results for the trainers and the program overall. This person is hired to inspire trainers, creating a trusting, authentic environment members and guests want to engage with.
