What does a fitness program director do?

A Fitness Program Director oversees the planning, development, and management of fitness programs at gyms, health clubs, or community centers. They are responsible for hiring and training staff, creating class schedules, ensuring the facility meets safety and health standards, and developing programs that meet the needs of various clients.
