The Parks, Recreation & Leisure Services Department is looking to hire a self- motivated, enthusiastic and dependable individual to help manage our fishing pier. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or successful completion of a GED. A minimum of one (1) year of experience in customer service.

One (1) year of experience in cash handling, food service and/or maintenance preferred. A combination of education and experience may be considered for this position. Must possess a valid driver's license and must have and maintain a satisfactory driver's record based on the City of Hampton's criteria.

This position is safety sensitive and is subject to testing for alcohol and controlled substances in accordance with the City's current substance abuse policy. Must successfully pass a background check prior to any offer of employment or promotion. Additional Requirements Requires shift work to include nights, weekends, holidays and on call emergency standby.
