ON-CALL BANQUET SERVER | TAILWATER LODGE

Set on the scenic banks of the Salmon River, Tailwater Lodge, part of the Tapestry Collection by Hilton™, offers the perfect blend of outdoor adventure and tranquil relaxation. From Orvis-endorsed fishing and shooting sports to our indoor pool, hot tub, and full-service spa, there’s something for everyone.


Tailwater Lodge Altmar, Tapestry Collection by Hilton is now looking for On Call Banquet Servers to join our Food & Beverage Team!


Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Run food from the kitchen to the event
  • Maintain high service standards
  • Serve all food and beverage items according to use records and established procedures
  • Assists with busing tables when necessary
  • Must strive for finer points of service such as making sure that the water glasses are filled, that the table is free from dirty dishes, etc.
  • Exercise positive, warm hospitality
  • Maintain knowledge of food items
  • Must have excellent communication and guest relations skills
  • Perform all Banquet side work as designated by the Banquet Captain and/or Banquet Managers.
  • Efficiently and properly perform all service standards.
  • Attend to all needs of the guests during functions and function related duties.
  • Report to the Banquet Manager any need for housekeeping and/or repairs of and banquet equipment.
  • Must follow all details as described on Banquet Event Orders (BEO’s).
  • Must be able to set tables to specifications, carry trays, and have excellent customer service experience.
  • Complete other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:


Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays and evenings.

Must have excellent communication and guest relations skills

Ability to multitask and portray a friendly demeanor in a fast-paced environment.

Must consistently demonstrate a teamwork-oriented and positive attitude

Bar experience is a plus
