Fish Cutter

Responsibilities and Duties:

Filleting all types of fish, including flatfish, tuna, sword, and salmon.

De-scaling and removing bones of fish

Maintain clean and sanitary organized work station, back room, storage and surrounding areas.
In addition, other duties may be required as directed by your manager.

Report to work at the scheduled time

Minimum Requirements:

General knowledge of fish products and seafood
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
Qualifications and Skills

Required to stand during scheduled hours. Hours include weekends, evenings and holidays (minimum 40 hours per week, 8 -12 hours per day, 5- 6 days per week.
Ability to read and write the English language.
Kneeling, bending and lifting weights up to 75 pounds. Working rapidly, especially during peak periods to ensure that all customers are being serviced properly and the department operations are being completed in a timely manner.
