Position Overview

We are seeking a Junior Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to support the litigation team in managing cases from filing through resolution. This role is ideal for an attorney with 1-2 years of experience who is looking to develop strong litigation skills in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.


You will work closely with senior attorneys and partners, gaining hands-on experience in case strategy, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing a caseload of personal injury matters through the litigation process
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
  • Support depositions, including preparation of materials and summaries
  • Conduct legal research and assist in drafting memoranda and briefs
  • Assist in preparing cases for hearings, mediations, and trial
  • Communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel under attorney supervision
  • Maintain organized case files and track deadlines
Requirements:
  • Active member of the California State Bar in good standing
  • 1-5 years of litigation experience (personal injury preferred)
  • Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
  • Exposure to discovery, motion practice, or depositions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Salary Range: $120,000.00-$200,000.00 per year + Commission
