Account Services Representatives are our customersโ€™ first point of contact and are responsible for providing them with an exceptional banking experience by performing a variety of tasks including opening new accounts and recommending other banking services, answering an array of customer inquiries, and maintaining a working knowledge of bank services in a courteous and professional manner. As with all our positions, there are no sales goals for this role.

This position is an in-person position located at 109 Commercial St. NE, Salem, Oregon

Job Type: Full Time/Non-Exempt

Hours: Mon-Thurs 8:15am-5:15pm, Fri 8:30am โ€“ 5:30pm, Occasional overtime

Salary: $3,000 - $4,000 Monthly (DOE)

What You'll Do

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding account-related inquiries and services.
  • Handle customer requests and transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, account transfers, and loan payments.
  • Provide information about banking products and services and assisting clients in selecting options that best suit their needs.
  • Resolve issues promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain and update account information accurately in our systems.
  • Adhere to all banking regulations and company policies to ensure compliance.
