We are currently looking for an Outbound Coordinator to join our team on 1st shift in our fast-paced warehouse environment.ย

What You'll Be Doing

As an Outbound Coordinator you will:

  • Assist in the research and resolution of transfer discrepancies
  • Communicate with Operations regarding order status, inventory issues, and other issues that may arise
  • Route Branded customer orders
  • Handle all POD processes for Epson Credit
  • Develop weekly Carrier Compliance Report to Identify Carrier deficiencies regards pick up exceptions and supply this data with their Transportation Corporations
  • Communicate with Compliance Customers on all Carrier exceptions via daily email
  • Update the daily truckload schedule based on Carrier exception requests
  • Repoart monthly regards data gathering for LTL Carrier performance regards daily pick up exceptions
  • Provide support for International Documentation Team for Canada small pack orders
  • Review orders to determine transit times and update ship date and Order/BOL notes Allocates orders to WMS
  • Estimate load requirements
  • Arrange daily trucking needs

What You Will Bring

Your background and experience should include:

  • Previous experience in a coordinator or related role
  • Ability to follow written instructions and technical procedures accurately
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Comfortability with computers and basic software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, data entry systems)
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and teamwork skills

The starting annual base pay for this role is between USD $21.00 and $25.00/hr.ย  Please note that this position's salary range may include multiple levels. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
