Responsibilities

  • Greet members and guests warmly, providing clear directions and information about the course and club amenities
  • Manage tee sheet operations, coordinating start times efficiently to ensure a seamless flow of play
  • Monitor course safety, enforce rules, and address any conflicts or disputes promptly with professionalism
  • Assist with guest services, including answering questions, providing course guidance, and supporting special events or tournaments
  • Oversee guest arrivals and departures, ensuring smooth check-in processes including cash handling when necessary
  • Maintain a visible presence on the course to ensure safety standards are upheld and to assist players as needed
  • Support event management activities by coordinating logistics for tournaments, outings, or private functions
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills by engaging positively with diverse guests of all ages, including children and families

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or resort environments preferred
