Job description

About the Role:
Sky Valley Club Inc is looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Golf Cart Attendant/Starter to join our team in the beautiful mountains of Dillard, GA! This is a fantastic opportunity to work outdoors in a fun, fast-paced golf environment where you'll be the first face players see as they kick off their round.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet golfers upon arrival and provide a welcoming first impression at the first tee
  • Manage tee time flow and coordinate starter duties to keep rounds moving on schedule
  • Clean, inspect, and stage golf carts for daily use and ensure they are fully charged and ready
  • Assist golfers with loading and unloading golf bags and equipment
  • Monitor cart staging area and maintain an organized, safe cart fleet
  • Communicate with pro shop staff regarding tee sheet updates and pace of play
  • Enforce club rules and golf course policies in a courteous and professional manner
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in golf operations, hospitality, or customer service preferred
  • Knowledge of golf etiquette, rules, and course operations is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions for extended periods
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work early morning, weekend, and holiday shifts
  • Physical ability to lift golf bags and perform light manual labor
