We are actively interviewing on behalf of our Client in Texas for a Physical Therapist who is recognized for delivering a patient-first, team-driven experience. 

If you’re looking for clinical autonomy, strong team support, and meaningful patient outcomes, this is a standout opportunity.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
  • Deliver evidence-based treatments that improve patient outcomes
  • Progress patients using clinical reasoning (not templated care plans)
  • Utilize therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and functional interventions
  • Educate patients on treatment plans and recovery goals
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
  • Complete timely and efficient documentation
  • Support and mentor students as needed
  • Patient Ratio is 1:1
  • Adult Only (some young adults with sports injuries)

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Active Texas PT license (or eligible)

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and assist with patient transfers
  • Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in a clinical setting
