Were looking for an Escrow Assistant who takes pride in delivering outstanding service and wants to be part of a team where their work truly matters. What Youll Do

As an Escrow Assistant, youll be a key part of our closing team, working alongside experienced Escrow Officers to keep transactions moving from open to close.

  • Manage daily communication with lenders, buyers, sellers, attorneys, and realtors to keep all parties informed and on track
  • Create and process new title orders, ensuring accuracy from day one
  • Order payoffs, HOA documents, surveys, tax/water certificates, and lien certificates
  • Prepare closing documents and gather all required invoices ahead of closing day
  • Review contracts and commitments, and work to clear all title requirements
  • Maintain detailed, organized notes on every active file so nothing falls through the cracks
  • Support Escrow Officers with additional tasks as needed to ensure seamless closings

What Were Looking For

You dont need to know everything on day one, but you do need to bring the right mindset and a solid foundation.

  • Experience in title, escrow, or real estate transactions (preferred but not required for strong candidates)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbalyoull be the point of contact for multiple parties daily
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a knack for meeting deadlines consistently
  • A self-motivated, problem-solving approachyou see what needs to be done and handle it
