FTE :: Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Architect || New York

Role Summary

  • The Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Architect is responsible for end-to-end solution architecture, technical governance, and delivery assurance of large-scale D365 CE and Power Platform implementations. This role ensures scalability, security, performance, and compliance of the CRM solution landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define overall D365 CE solution architecture including Dataverse, Power Platform, integrations, and security model
  • Design complex integrations with core systems (Payments, Banking, ERP, Azure services)
  • Establish technical standards and best practices (plugins, workflows, Power Automate, JS, CI/CD)
  • Own non-functional requirements: performance, scalability, audit, security, compliance
  • Review and approve detailed designs, integrations, customizations, and extensions
  • Guide teams on OOTB vs custom design decisions
  • Support presales, solution estimation, and technical governance during delivery
  • Own solution design documents (HLD/LLD) and architecture blueprints

Skills & Experience

  • 10 14 years of CRM experience with 5+ years on D365 CE architecture
  • Strong experience with Dataverse, Plugins (C#), Web APIs, Azure Integration Services
  • Hands-on knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Azure Functions, Logic Apps
  • Experience in regulated industries (banking, financial services)
  • Hands-on experience with DevOps tools: Azure DevOps / GitHub & CI/CD pipelines
  • Strong knowledge of performance tuning, scalability, and system design
  • Strong stakeholder and technical leadership skills
  • Good to Have : Microsoft certifications
