    FTE :: Platform Service Manager || Rochester, MN

    • Lead end-to-end Microsoft Data & Analytics Platform managed services operations across Fabric, Power BI, Power Platform, Copilot Studio and Azure.
    • Own service governance, intake management, prioritization, capacity planning, SLA adherence and executive reporting.
    • Establish and manage support operating model, escalation framework, service improvement plans and stakeholder communications.
    • Drive proactive platform adoption, operational excellence, risk management, security compliance and platform roadmap alignment.
    • Coordinate cross-functional engineering, security and support teams to deliver scalable and reliable platform services.
