Provides exceptional customer service while supporting the financial center’s goals through relationship building, cross-selling, and daily operational support. Maintains the flexibility and dependability to travel to and support multiple financial center locations as needed to ensure adequate staffing and seamless customer service.


Primary Responsibilities and Duties:Performance and Business Development Standards
  • Promotes bank products and services to customers and prospects to support business growth and referrals.
  • Identifies opportunities to cross-sell products and services based on customer needs.
  • Actively participates in sales initiatives, team meetings, and other motivational activities.
  • Utilizes available tools, resources, and reports to support proactive selling efforts.
  • Meets or exceeds established referral goals.
Manage Relationships
  • Builds and maintains positive relationships with customers through in-person, phone, and other interactions.
