Who are our Assistant General Managers?

The goal of the AGM is to master all aspects of running park operations while developing a solid foundation and demonstrated understanding in the areas of people and revenue management. The AGM works under the supervision and guidance of the General Manager and plays a critical role in creating a positive park culture, maintaining a safe environment, creating a memorable guest experience, and assisting in driving park revenue.

The assistant manager will work directly with guests, providing courteous friendly, and professional assistance while enforcing Sky Zone safety rules. He/she will also help train other team members and will act as the first line supervisor. When you join the team, you join the FUN!

Qualifications

  • Is 21 years of age or older.

· Education: Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience preferred; High School diploma required

· Have a minimum of 2 years of overall management experience in a high customer volume industry (entertainment, fitness, retail, restaurant, etc.).

  • Is able to stand for long periods of time and lift a minimum of 20 pounds.
  • Possesses basic proficiency in technology such as MS Office Suite, Teams, and point of sale (POS) systems.
  • Is available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Is reliable, coachable, self-motivated, and organized.
  • Can stand for long periods of time and lift a minimum of 20 pounds.

Operations – Facility Compliance & Safety

  • Act as a park liaison through consistent communication between departments and our corporate team.
  • Complete, update, and monitor park maintenance reports, work orders, and cleaning procedures to ensure a healthy and safe environment.
  • Assist with inventory management for facilities, parties, food & beverage, and vending.
  • Train team members on appropriate safety precautions, responses, and reporting.
  • Complete company safety, people operations, and food & beverage certifications.
  • Assist the General Manager with any long-term facility plans, needs, or document changes.
