Home Care Aide (HCA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Job Overview

We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and professional caregivers to join our growing home care team. As a Home Care Aide/CNA, you will provide non-medical support and personal care services to seniors and individuals who need assistance with daily living activities in the comfort of their homes.

This role is ideal for caregivers who are passionate about helping others, building meaningful relationships, and making a positive impact in the community.

Schedule & Availability

  • Full-time and part-time positions available
  • Flexible scheduling
  • Weekday, weekend, and overnight shifts available

Job Description

  • Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including:
  • Bathing
  • Dressing
  • Grooming
  • Toileting
  • Mobility assistance
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
  • Provide medication reminders
  • Escort clients to appointments or errands as needed
  • Observe and report changes in client condition to office staff
  • Maintain accurate daily care notes and communication through mobile scheduling app
  • Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and client care plans

Requirements

  • Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) Registration required, or willing to register
  • CNA certification preferred (if applicable)
  • TB Test Clearance
  • Must have completed a Live Scan background check
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Proof of auto insurance
  • Smartphone (iPhone or Android) for scheduling, clock-in/out, and communication
  • CPR/First Aid certification preferred
  • Ability to pass onboarding and employment verification requirements
  • Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor
  • Prior caregiving experience preferred but not required
