Physical Therapist

Our ideal candidate has:

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • 1-years experience
  • Certified by the National Board for Certification
  • Active Physical Therapist state license
  • CPR Certification
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Experience working with the elderly and homecare
  • Capable of easily lifting fifty (50) pounds of dead weight alone
  • Up-to-date knowledge of treatment practices and physical therapy programs
Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conducting patient evaluations & assessments to determine the appropriate treatment plan
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment programs based on patient needs and goals
  • Administering therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve strength, range of motion, and mobility
  • Providing manual therapy techniques such as trigger point therapy to address pain and muscle tension
  • Educating patients on proper body mechanics and exercises for home exercise programs
  • Monitoring and documenting patient progress throughout the course of treatment
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care for patients
  • Adhering to all legal, ethical, and professional guidelines in the provision of physical therapy services
