Description
First Financial Bank has an immediate opening for a Loan Support Specialist at the Farm & Ranch office located in Louisville, Kentucky.
The primary responsibility of this position is to assist the Ag Loan Office and management in the performance of the daily duties as outlined below.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or GED; plus at least three years of successful experience in two or more of the following areas preferred: administrative support, lending related customer service, computer operations.
COMPLEXITY: Requires adaptation and interpretation of established practices and procedures to cover problems and situations to which their application is not clearly defined. Requires attention to details and accuracy in record keeping and reporting due to the impact on customer relations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Contact customers to resolve delinquent insurance and real estate tax bills. Distribute collateral inspection reports to loan officers and contractors and follow up to make sure they are completed and returned by due date. Collect annual financial information from customers. Records management and retention. Answer phones and distribute mail. Assist loan officers with debt verifications. Compile and scan loan files. Track and file Uniform Commercial Code continuations. Schedule, request and work with tracking reports. Communicate with customers by phone and by written correspondence. Order and maintain office supplies.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Proficient in Microsoft Office products and imaging software. Must be flexible, disciplined, and able to manage time wisely. Must be able to work both independently and with a team. Must be able to identify priorities and exercise critical thinking skills. Must possess excellent communication skills both orally and written.
