What You’ll Do

  • Lead & Develop a High-Performing Team: Mentor and lead your team to drive sales, service excellence, and operational success.
  • Train & Coach: Conduct performance discussions, annual reviews, and coaching sessions to help associates perform, grow, and reach their career goals.
  • Manage Banking Center Operations: Ensure efficient branch functions, policy adherence, and compliance with banking regulations.
  • Drive Sales & Client Growth: Implement sales strategies, build relationships, and identify financial solutions for clients.
  • Client Engagement & Retention: Foster long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high retention and satisfaction.
  • Financial & Risk Management: Monitor and manage budgets, control expenses, and mitigate risks through adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
  • Ensure Compliance & Security: Uphold banking standards by enforcing policies, regulatory compliance, and security procedures.
  • Community Involvement: Represent the bank within the local community, building relationships and promoting financial solutions.
  • Assist with Transactions: Provide teller and platform services as needed, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.


What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience in banking and financial services).
  • 5+ years of banking experience, including branch management.
  • Proven ability to exceed sales goals and build strong client relationships.
  • Experience in coaching, mentoring, motivating, and leading teams to drive performance.
  • Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and compliance regulations.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Out-of-branch prospecting and relationship-building skills required.
  • Proficiency in PC, Microsoft, and internet applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work occasional weekends and extended hours when needed.
  • Ability to remain in a stationary position for up to 75% of an eight (8) hour workday.
  • Ability to review information and details at close range (within a few feet).
