Description

American Traveler is hiring a Travel RN-OR Circulator for a 13-week assignment requiring da Vinci Robotics and orthopedic experience with a UT or compact RN license.

Details
  • Work in a hospital Operating Room unit with 13 ORs and 81+ FTEs
  • Trauma II 24-hour staffed unit
  • Day shift team typically includes 1 charge, 3 RNs, 2 CNAs, and 1-3 sitters
  • Uses Epic EMR
  • Shift runs 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM
  • 13-week assignment length
  • Required to take 3 to 6 call shifts per month
  • Handles all surgical procedures except LVADs, transplants, and pediatric cases under 14 years of age
Requirements
  • Active RN license (UT or Compact) required
  • Current BLS certification required
  • Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
  • da Vinci Robotics experience required
  • Orthopedic surgical experience required
  • Vascular experience preferred
  • Flexible personality and work style preferred
  • US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration
  • No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
Additional Information
  • Circulate in a busy, high-volume Operating Room supporting a wide range of surgical specialties
  • Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; local candidates will not be considered
  • First-time travelers may be considered for this role
