We are seeking a customer service–driven professional to join our team. Position Overview

The Intake Specialist is the first point of contact for potential Personal Injury clients and plays a key role in driving firm growth. This position requires a strong sales mindset, the ability to quickly build trust, and the skill to guide injured individuals through the decision to retain our firm. The ideal candidate is bilingual, empathetic, persuasive, and experienced in handling high-volume inbound and outbound client communications.

Key Responsibilities

- Answer inbound calls and respond to web inquiries from potential Personal Injury clients
- Conduct detailed intake interviews involving accident facts, injuries, liability, and insurance information
- Evaluate case viability based on firm criteria (auto accidents, slip and falls, workplace injuries, etc.)
- Convert qualified leads into retained clients by building rapport and clearly explaining the firm’s value
- Follow up with prospective clients to increase signed retainer rates
- Accurately document all interactions in the case management system
- Coordinate with attorneys and case managers for smooth client onboarding
- Meet and exceed intake conversion goals and KPIs

Qualifications

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) – required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Personal Injury intake, sales, or insurance claims
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales or conversion metrics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive client situations with empathy and professionalism
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
