As our next Golf Simulator Testing Specialist, you will be responsible for performing hands-on testing of golf simulator hardware and software. This role is ideal for a passionate golfer who enjoys hitting shots, analyzing ball and club data, and helping ensure our simulator experience is accurate, reliable, and world-class. Youll spend most of your time hitting golf shots, running structured test scenarios, documenting results, and providing feedback that directly impacts product quality and performance.


Your responsibilities:

  • Hit a high volume of golf shots daily using Uneekor simulator systems (drivers, irons, wedges, putters).
  • Execute defined test plans to validate simulator accuracy, consistency, and performance.
  • Test new software builds, firmware updates, and hardware configurations.
  • Capture and document shot data, system behavior, and anomalies.
  • Compare simulator data against expected outcomes and real-world performance.
  • Identify, reproduce, and clearly document bugs or inconsistencies.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Quality Assurance (QA) teams to review findings.
  • Assist with regression testing after fixes or updates.
  • Maintain simulator equipment, balls, and testing environment.
  • Provide golfer-centric feedback on feel, realism, and usability.

Qualifications:

  • Must have handicap level 3 or better.

  • Ability to follow test procedures and document results accurately.
  • Attention to detail and consistency in testing.
  • Basic computer skills (spreadsheets, test forms, or QA tools).
  • Ability to communicate observations clearly in writing and verbally.
  • Experience using golf simulators or launch monitors preferred.
  • Background in sports science, engineering, data analysis, or computer science.
  • Experience testing hardware, software, or technical products.
