As a Specialist Manager, Firm Financial Systems on the Finance Systems team, you will be responsible for:

  • Partnering with finance and technology stakeholders to gather, document, and support business, functional, and system requirements
  • Supporting governance, release, and change management activities for finance applications and system enhancements
  • Coordinating testing activities, including unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing, and tracking issue resolution
  • Monitoring production support needs, troubleshooting system issues, and helping drive process and system improvements
  • Leading project, workstream, and implementation activities, including status tracking, stakeholder coordination, and execution support

The successful candidate would possess these skills:

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product
  • Ability to build and sustain professional relationships

Finance Systems serves as US finance application portfolio subject matter experts, to implement and manage innovative solutions and changes through governance and change management to meet the technology needs of finance and the US member firm. Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Professional with 6+ years of relevant experience in accounting, finance operations, financial systems, ERP-enabled transformation, or related areas.
  • Experience supporting SAP, including SAP S/4HANA/Rise, in a finance, controllership, and/or an
  • engagement lifecycle environment.
  • Demonstrated experience managing a backlog and roadmap, including prioritization and coordination across multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and partnering with technical teams to implement finance or accounting system solutions.
  • Experience coordinating or leading testing for system, process, or product enhancements, including UAT and defect management.
  • Experience troubleshooting defects and production incidents, including issue triage, coordination with technical teams, root cause analysis, and resolution support
  • Experience developing change management and adoption materials, such as communications, QRGs, job aids, and training support content.
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Preferred:

  • CPA, CMA, or other relevant accounting or finance certification.
  • Familiarity with financial data governance, master data integrity, and control considerations within ERP environments.
  • Language: Hebrew preferred.
  • Understanding of the SAP Rise platform.
  • Experience supporting Israel-based teams, stakeholders, or market-specific business requirement.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $97,600 to $179,900
