Seeking Professional Grade Managers and Shift Leaders Who Desires to Earn Advancement Within A Nationally Branded Fast Casual Restaurant
Located in Slidell, La

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
Experience
=> Minimum 1 year as a shift leader/manager in either the restaurant or other industry where skills are transferable.
Availability
=> Have full 24/7 - 365 availability (including holidays) and able to work a minimum of 30 and 40 hours a week (up to 5 days a week).
=> Must be available to work night shift (3P-9:30P)
Knowledgeable and experienced in basic shift management:
=> Superior Guest Service
=> Operational Standards for Excellence
=> Execution of Cleanliness Programs
=> Balanced Labor Management
=> No Compromise Cash and Product Controls
Able to learn and assist in management related functions
