The Role

We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate / Counter Specialist who loves the outdoor sporting industry and is eager to guide customers through their purchasing journey. In this role, you aren’t just a Sales Associate—you are an informative advisor helping citizens make safe, legal, and educated decisions. We provide excellent training on ATF compliance (Form 4473) and advanced product knowledge for individuals with the right attitude and a drive to learn.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Consultations: Deliver exceptional, patient, and knowledgeable service to build lifelong customer relationships.
  • Safety First: Demonstrate flawless safe handling of firearms, components, and accessories at all times.
  • Compliance Accuracy: Maintain meticulous attention to detail while executing federal, state, and company regulations during paperwork processing (Form 4473).
  • Merchandising: Assist with inventory management, showcasing specialty products, and keeping store presentation sharp.
  • Industry Engagement: Stay current on manufacturing trends, new releases, and outdoor sporting gear.

  • Competitive shooting, hunting, armorer, or gunsmithing experience.
