Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Sales Associate/Buyer to join our team! As a Sales Associate/Buyer you will assist customers with their shopping needs and ensure an excellent shopping experience. Responsibilities may include working the register, stocking shelves, buying and processing inventory, and maintaining the store’s appearance. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service and deep knowledge and appreciation of current women's fashion trends. 


Responsibilities 
  • Greet each customer with a smile and provide assistance while they are shopping
  • Follow all safety and loss prevention procedures.
  • Work at a register to ring up and carry out customer sales.
  • Collect payments by cash and credit card
  • Explain selling process to customers and purchase quality and stylish items from them.
  • Take added responsibility for stocking, inventory, and store maintenance.
  • Drive sales by participating in targeted product promotions and initiatives as set forth by the company.
  • Develop and maintain solid product knowledge in order to best help customers with their selections.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Understanding of current women's trends, styles and brands of apparel and accessories.
  • Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and effectively
  • Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service
  • Willingness to work well in a team environment
  • Ability to quickly and accurately work a register
