Fire Watch Officer – Overnight Shift – Apartment Community

Location: 3901 38th Ave S, St. Petersburg, FL 33711

Certified Apartment Staffing is seeking reliable and dependable Fire Watch Officers for an apartment community in St. Petersburg, FL. This position is responsible for maintaining the safety of the property by conducting routine patrols and monitoring for potential fire hazards during overnight hours.

Shift

  • Overnight: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
  • 12-hour shifts
  • Weekend availability required

Job Responsibilities

  • Patrol the apartment community throughout the shift.
  • Monitor the property for signs of fire, smoke, or other safety hazards.
  • Immediately report emergencies or unsafe conditions.
  • Accurately complete and maintain Fire Watch logs during each shift.
