The Opportunity

  • Must be a 3rd year of a 3-year program or a 4th year of a 4-year program to be eligible.
  • Current CA state license is a plus.
  • DEA Licensure required.
  • CCHP-P Certified preferred but not required.

The Practice – A Multi-Site System

Hi-Desert Detention Center – Adelanto, California

Central Detention Center – San Bernardino, California

West Valley Detention Center – Rancho Cucamonga, California

  • 5 exam rooms and 16 units.
  • On-site Dialysis Suite and Suicide Watch.
  • Facility hours are Mon-Fri 8:30am-7pm. Weekend work hours vary.
  • Patient mix is adults only (18+).
  • X-ray seven days per week.
  • Non-Vituity, separate mental health facility with psychiatrists to provide treatment.

Estimated annual base compensation of $275,000 – $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
