This is an exciting opportunity to become part of an elite team of professionals committed to safety, preparedness, accountability, and operational excellence. We are seeking highly motivated, physically capable, and service-minded individuals who are ready to step up, lead by example, and make a difference.

Starting Pay

$21.00 per hour

Division Structure

All newly selected Armed Division Officers will begin as Auxiliary Armed Officers.

Auxiliary Officers will:

  • Train at and support multiple client sites
  • Gain operational experience across various assignments
  • Learn site-specific procedures and client expectations
  • Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and adaptability

Following successful performance and operational need, officers may be considered for long-term or permanent site placement.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

Experience

Minimum of 2 years of experience in one or more of the following:

  • Security
  • Law Enforcement
  • Military
  • Public Safety
  • Corrections
  • Related Safety or Protective Services Fields

Education

  • High School Diploma or GED Required
  • College education preferred

Licensing & Training

Applicants must possess:

  • Valid Georgia Blue Card
  • Georgia Weapons Carry License (if applicable)
  • Completion of the 16-Hour Armed Security Officer Training Course

Important: If your 16-Hour Armed Training is attached to a previous employer and cannot be transferred, you must complete the training independently or attend a Valor-sponsored training course.

Members of the Armed Division must maintain operational flexibility.

Requirements include:

  • Minimum availability of one weekend per month
    OR
  • Availability to be placed on-call for one weekend per month

  • Assist fellow team members when coverage is needed
  • Respond professionally to changing operational requirements
  • Serve where needed to ensure client and team success
