You'll work closely with leadership, collaborate across disciplines, and contribute to meaningful projects that shape transportation, healthcare, and community infrastructure. Beyond project delivery, you'll contribute to business development, mentor junior staff, and help uphold the firm's standards for quality and client service.

This role works directly with firm leadership and is well-suited for an engineer who takes ownership, communicates well across disciplines, and wants to grow with a firm that has strong momentum in the transit and infrastructure market.

  • The ability to work independently or in a team environment effectively in a fast -paced, challenging environment

  • Experience in using AutoCAD, REVIT, Bentley OpenBuildings to develop designs required - strong technical role

  • Possesses strong interpersonal relationship skills and strong communications skills both verbal, written and presentation
