Job Summary

We are seeking motivated salespeople familiar with the Verizon Wireless order processing system. As a Retail Sales Representative you will sell our extensive line of phones, accessories and services. You will use of your customer service skills and product knowledge in order to create the most positive experience for our customers and maximize store profitability. High commission earming potential.

Responsibilities and Duties

Your specific duties as a Retail Sales Representative will include:
  • Consulting with customers to determine their wireless service needs and recommending the appropriate Verizon Wireless products and services.
  • Meeting performance and sales goals/metrics on a consistent basis.
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell additional products and services to new and existing customers in order to maximize transactions.
  • Handling all customer service issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handling register receipts, including daily cashing-in/cashing-out.
  • Arranging and displaying store merchandise and maintaining a presentable-looking store.
Qualifications and Skills

The successfull candidate:
  • Must have retail sales experience.
  • Must be able to work retail hours including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be able to follow work schedules, be punctual and have reliable transportation.
