ECCO Group USA is hiring for their Verizon FIOS Home Services Program.



Are you interested in a remote work from home position with a reputable company?


In this role, you will contact customers who are eligible for Verizon FiOS Home services and establish new customer accounts for TV and Internet services. ECCO Group offers Work from Home schedules, if you qualify, with paid comprehensive 5-dayremote training. ECCO Group USA offers hourly pay plus commission paid out weekly.



Full Time Schedule:


  • 38+ hours per week
  • Orientation will be held on 5/11/26 from 1pm-2pm (paid)
  • Training will be 5/12-5/18 from 12pm-6pm; no Saturday or Sunday training
  • Schedule is Monday-Saturday | Off on Sunday and either Tues or Thurs | Hours: 10am-6:30pm | Unpaid 45 min lunch break | Two paid 15 min breaks
  • Hourly pay is $11/hr. plus commission and bonuses based on sales performance.
  • Must be cleared by IT and install our required programming on your PC during our system setup session prior to start date.



Required Qualifications:


  • 1 year of sales experience-mandatory (Call center preferred)
  • Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
  • Comfortable relating to customers and offering solutions with ability to problem solve in a
    positive, productive manner
  • Self-directed with analytical skills
  • Strong oral, interpersonal and communication skills


Preferred Qualifications

  • Home services experience sales
  • Strong sales skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
  • Ability to navigate multiple web interfaces/browsers/systems competently
  • Call Center Sales experience or Outside Sales experience a plus!


Required Prerequisites:


  • Must pass 7-year background check
  • Must have secured designated workspace separate free from distractions and noise
  • Must be hardwired for internet service with ethernet cord NO WIFI (or Hot Spot)-or must purchase an approved adapter from our list.
  • Must have USB headset with microphone mute and noise cancelling function
  • Must have a Windows 11 or better computer (No Mac books or Chrome books)
  • $11/HR PLUS COMMISSIONS
