With 75 employees across offices in the US, London, Singapore, and India, we build the systems that power best-execution trading at global scale. We are expanding rapidly and looking for a technology leader to drive our next phase of growth.
About the Role
As the Executive Assistant, you will support our Founder and CEO, acting as the operational backbone of his day. The ideal partner in the role is a driven individual who can prioritize successfully and work under pressure. You will demonstrate good judgment while managing a variety of situations and confidential matters with the utmost discretion.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Be highly responsive. Provide fast, accurate, and thoughtful responses to requests, and follow up on action items.
  • Coordinate travel itineraries and process associated expenses as required.
  • Complete scheduling and calendar management as needed.
  • Provide effective and expeditious meeting coordination including agendas, notes, action items and follow-ups.
  • Assist with planning and execution of events, including logistics, vendor coordination, catering, guest lists, and on site support.
  • Track key deliverables, deadlines, and ensure preparation and materials are ready ahead of time.
  • Maintain and update distribution lists and send department-wide communications.
  • Manage special projects, run occasional personal errands, and take on additional duties and projects as needed.
  • Prioritize tasks as needed and organize daily.

Requirements
What We Are Looking For
  • 4-8 years of total experience supporting a C-level executive
  • Exceptional organization and follow-through.
  • Strong written and verbal communication. You will draft and respond to correspondence on the CEO's behalf
  • Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities. You anticipate needs rather than wait for instructions
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Zoom, and modern scheduling and expense tools
  • Ability to work on-site, 5-days a week, in Stamford, CT
