Key Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.

Process Analysis & Improvement: Evaluate existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend optimized solutions.

Documentation: Prepare detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), and user stories.

Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and external partners to ensure clear understanding and alignment.

Solution Design Support: Collaborate with technical teams to design solutions that meet business needs and ensure feasibility.

Testing & Validation: Support user acceptance testing (UAT), validate deliverables against requirements, and ensure solutions meet expected outcomes.

Reporting & Insights: Develop reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to track project outcomes and business KPIs.

Change Management: Assist in defining and implementing change management strategies for new systems or processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 2–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.

Compensation, Benefits and Duration

Minimum Compensation: USD 44,000Maximum Compensation: USD 154,000Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate.
