CUT by Wolfgang Puck, one of New York City’s most celebrated fine dining destinations, is seeking a dynamic and polished Restaurant Manager (Floor Manager) to lead our front-of-house team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a hospitality professional with refined New York fine dining experience to ensure flawless service, cultivate team excellence, and create memorable guest experiences in one of the city’s most prestigious dining establishments.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead, motivate, and inspire the front-of-house team to deliver seamless, intuitive, and gracious service at every guest interaction.

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring consistency, attention to detail, and adherence to CUT’s exacting fine dining standards.

  • Build strong guest relationships through personalized service, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.

  • Train, mentor, and develop FOH staff, fostering professional growth, teamwork, and a culture of excellence.

  • Manage scheduling, labor budgets, and operational workflows to optimize service efficiency while meeting financial goals.

  • Partner with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to drive operational performance and guest satisfaction.

  • Maintain the highest standards of compliance, safety, and professionalism across all FOH operations.

  • Represent CUT’s brand on the floor with confidence, warmth, and authority, ensuring every guest experience reflects our world-class standards.

Pay: 90000 / year

What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven leadership experience as a Restaurant Manager, Floor Manager, or comparable FOH leader in a high-end New York City restaurant (fine dining, luxury hotel dining, or similarly prestigious establishments preferred).
