Als Payroll & Benefits Specialist (m/w/d) bist du fur die Themenbereiche Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung, betriebliche Altersvorsorge sowie Sozialleistungen fur alle unsere Standorte in Europa verantwortlich. Das umfasst u.a.:

  • Sicherstellung der fristgerechten Datenubermittlung an Dienstleister mit hoher Datenqualitat (inkl. Administrierung der hierfur verwendeten Tools sowie Schnittstellen)
  • Implementierung und Durchfuhrung regelmaiger Prufungen und Kontrollen zur Sicherstellung der Datenkorrektheit
  • Verwaltung von und enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren externen Dienstleistern
  • Erste Anlaufstelle und Beratung fur unsere Mitarbeitenden und Expats in Europa fur alle (An-) Fragen und Losungen zu diesen Themen, wie z.B:
    • Lohnabrechnung
    • Altersvorsorge und Versicherungen
    • Ruhestand
    • Zeitkonten (z.B. Wertkonto)
    • Verwaltung, Teilnahme und Beratung zu unserem gesamten Sozialleistungsportfolio
  • Erste Anlaufstelle und verantwortlich fur regelmaige Audits (intern und extern)
  • Vorantreiben von Prozessverbesserungen (Operational Excellence) in deinem Verantwortungsbereich und Sicherstellung der entsprechenden Dokumentation
  • Administration unseres internen Zeiterfassungssystems in Deutschland
