We are seeking compassionate and dependable Home Health Aides to provide in-home care for clients Berks County PA and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for someone who values meaningful work, flexibility, and building trusted relationships with clients.
 Pay Range: $11–$13/hr depending on experience, availability, client assignment, and qualifications
Responsibilities
Duties vary by client and shift. The tasks listed below are examples and may not be required for every assignment. Care is tailored to each client’s individual needs and care plan.
  • Personal care assistance (hygiene and dressing)
  • Incontinence care and mobility support
  • Companionship and emotional support
  • Meal planning and meal preparation
  • Light housekeeping
  • Errands and transportation
  • Medication reminders
  • Care documentation
Qualifications:
  •  Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude 
  •  Reliable transportation preferred (some assignments require travel) 
  •  Must be willing to complete required onboarding requirements: 
    •  TB testing (Two-step PPD, T-SPOT, or chest X-ray) 
    •  Competency training provided by EmmUcare 
No prior experience required — we provide training and support!
