For one of our prestigious international clients, FIT IN NETWORK is looking for an experienced Interim Finance Director to support a strategic business transition in Germany.

The types of organizations typically concerned include:

  • International groups and mid‑size companies
  • Organizations undergoing transformation and operational change
  • Multi‑site and international environments
  • Companies looking to strengthen financial governance, performance management and business partnering capabilities
Main responsibilities
  • Provide interim financial leadership during a strategic transition period.
  • Ensure continuity of finance operations and governance.
  • Act as a trusted business partner to senior management.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting and financial performance.
  • Support finance transformation and process improvement initiatives.
  • Drive operational performance through financial analysis and business partnering.
  • Ensure compliance with financial, statutory and corporate requirements.
  • Manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead and develop the finance organization in an international environment.
Key skills & profile

Minimum 15 years of experience in Finance, Controlling or Financial Leadership roles.

Proven experience as Finance Director, Head of Finance, CFO or equivalent senior finance position.

Strong background in FP&A, controlling, financial performance management and business partnering.

Demonstrated experience in finance transformation, ERP implementation and change management.

Experience operating in international and multicultural environments.

Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
