The Next Door Recovery provides a continuum of evidence-based substance abuse and mental health services for women in an environment of faith and healing to restore hope and a lifetime of recovery.
ย Summary: ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย 

To provide direct, evidence-based clinical services for women with a substance use disorder and/or mental health diagnosis. This includes providing group therapy services, individual counseling, coordinating treatment services, and collaborating with the case management team to support each client's treatment goals and recovery.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties include the following:

  • Provide trauma-informed individual, group and crisis counseling.
  • Clinical assignments include, but are not limited to the following:ย 
    • Provide weekly psychotherapy and psychoeducational groups for clients.
    • Provide weekly individual counseling for assigned clients.
  • Complete ASAM and continued/discharge stay ASAMs along with Treatment plans updated weekly.
  • Attend and participate in weekly treatment team meetings.
  • Assist in managing clientsโ€™ crises as needed.
  • Ensure timely and professional documentation in accordance with TNDR, Inc. policy, the ACA code of ethics.
  • Ensure that TNDR, Inc. policies and procedures are followed at all times.
  • Complete Biopsychosocial for assigned Clients within 24 hours of admit.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Education and Experience:

  • Masterโ€™s degree in social work, counseling, or related field is required.ย 
  • License preferred in Mental Health, Social Work or Marriage and Family, or LADAC II.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience working with target population is

preferred.ย 

  • Knowledge of and experience utilizing best practices in addiction treatment preferred.

Other Requirements:

  • Valid driverโ€™s license
  • This is an โ€œessential staffโ€ position
